The 11th SIMONE Congress will be held June 13–15, 2012 in the city of Bratislava, Slovakia. This traditional worldwide event is now organized by SIMONE Research Group s.r.o., Prague, and Liwacom Informationstechnik GmbH, Essen, in a prominent partnership with eustream, Slovakia.

The city of Bratislava has been established in the Roman period and it has not failed to fascinate its vistors ever since. It lies on the mighty river Danube together with other capitals of the Central European region. Our congress will be held in the medieval center of the town that is characterised by many towers, long walks overlooked by the Castle of Bratislava where we will hold our Gala Dinner. We feel that this treasure of a town will be a great venue for our conference.

Congress Registration

For registering to the Congress, you are invited to either

• Use the electronic registration form on this website.
• Print out and fill the registration form PDF and send it by fax or mail according to the instructions included in the form.

Your registration will be confirmed on the 1st working day after being delivered to organizers. Please register before June 8, 2012, later registrations could not be processed.

Registration Fees

The registration fee for a Congress attendee is € 700; for registrations made after March 31, 2012, the fee is € 900. An accompanying person not attending the working program can participate for € 200.

The fee covers all scheduled events in the Agenda, namely social program and daily refreshment and lunch, but not accommodation and breakfast costs.

Way of Payment

The payment is expected by remittance to the account specified in the registration form; make sure that the payment will be labeled with your name and, if applicable, with the name of your company.

Please, accompany your payment with the completed registration form if you have not yet registered.

Invoicing

An invoice based on company name, address and attendee’s name will be sent by e-mail when processing the registration form; please indicate clearly all particularities in the registration form.

Cancelation Policy

If, after registering for the Congress, you determine that you will be unable to attend, please notify the organizers a.s.a.p. A full refund will be provided for cancellation before March 31, 2012. A partial refund of complete payment minus € 100 will be provided for later cancellation but before June 8, 2012. Please understand that we cannot refund the fee in case of non-attendance without any prior explicit cancellation.

Hotel Booking

The Congress takes place in Radisson Blu Carlton, Bratislava. The hotel is situated within the Old Town.

You have to make your hotel booking separately, after you register for the Congress.

Please fill the hotel reservation form provided and follow the instructions printed there. The hotel capacities are reserved till April 2, 2012, later booking is subject to availability of rooms.

Transportation

After collecting the arrival time information from attendees, we will arrange the bus transport from Vienna airport to the hotel and vice versa. The information will be published in the Congress Agenda.
